I love solving people problems inside digital organizations, bringing 15 years of experience to shape healthier teams, leadership, and ways of working. I partner with teams and leaders to diagnose what’s really going on, design a strategy to fix it, and coach people to carry it forward, so the improvement lasts.

Thanks to my background across design, tech, and coaching, I can connect people across roles and seniorities. This makes communication my biggest strength. Internally, that means bringing teams together to solve real problems. Externally, it’s public speaking and being an ambassador for the brand and its mission.
