Hi! I’m Caroline, but you can call me Caro.

I have spent over 15 years driving the digital side of global organizations at companies like Porsche, Walmart, and McCann. I have always been guided by one belief: people are at the core of every successful business.

My most defining experience was at Porsche Digital, where I was brought in as employee #2 to help build the Barcelona hub from the ground up. In under three years we went from 2 to 130 people, growing from one to two business units along the way. I was part of the leadership team, and my role was to make sure we were growing fast but also growing well. This meant building the culture, the ways of working, and the conditions for people to do their best work from the very start.

I love being at the beginning of things, when the constraints are real and the problems are messy. I thrive when I get to put my creative background to work on those challenges, especially when it means building high quality experiences for the teams doing the work and the people they serve.

Over the last year and a half I have been focusing on growing as a public speaker, a coach, and a business professional through an EMBA. Nowadays, I’m inspired by people-first companies using technology and innovation to improve how we live and work. If you’re building something like that, I’d love to connect!
