My most defining experience was at Porsche Digital. I joined as employee #2 to help build the Barcelona hub from the ground up. We went from 2 to 130 people in under 2 years. As part of the leadership team, my role was to make sure we were growing fast but also growing well.
That's what I bring to everything I do: my creative background, an EMBA and a coaching accreditation, to support first-time leaders who want to start or scale up their businesses.
In my spare time, I'm passionate about raising awareness for mental health through public speaking.

As one of four people in the local leadership team at Porsche Digital Barcelona, I helped grow the hub from 2 to 130 people in under two years, across two business models, and became Managing Director Deputy.
I've seen up close what's at stake for founders. Decisions made under pressure and at speed, and the loneliness that comes with the role. That's where I come in, as a sparring partner who understands where they're at. Together, we define where they want to take their business, and build the action plan and the mindset growth needed to get there.
I bring over 15 years in tech, design thinking, leadership coaching and an EMBA to support founders and first-time leaders in building a sustainable, scaling business.

My purpose
Awareness raising
for mental health.
I'm a Mental Health Ambassador for Iguality because I believe we need to talk about it now more than ever.
Learn more about Iguality ↗Iguality is an NGO aiming to provide mental health care for all. I know first-hand the impact mental health has and how important it is to have a support system.
I've been an ambassador for over 4 years, and now I've joined the coordination team as Communications and Advocacy Officer. That means social media, but especially classes and sessions for companies, universities and NGOs around mental health.
This can include culture and psychological safety, design thinking for user-centered projects, digital disconnection, diversity and inclusion, and others.
