Hi! I’m Caroline, but you can call me Caro.
I’m a French-Argentinian plant lover living in sunny Barcelona ☀️
Nowadays, I help people design healthier relationships with work. Because while work is an important part of life, it shouldn’t define you or put your well-being at risk. It’s not anymore about “work–life balance,” but about building a truly balanced life.

A little about me

I’ve changed careers three times
I’ve been a Designer, a Developer, and a Culture Lead at companies like Walmart, McCann and Porsche.

I’ve relocated to sunny Barcelona
After travelling to over 20 countries, I decided to move to Spain, and after 8 years it feels like home.

I’m an advocate for Mental Health
So much so that I’m an Ambassador for Iguality, an NGO offering equal access to Mental Health support to all.

I’m truly passionate about learning
Be it a language, a board game, or a new way of seeing things —I’m always looking for ways to grow!

This also means… learning about you!
Now it’s your turn to share (if you feel comfortable) about what makes you you. Looking forward to meeting you!
>12 years of experience, summarised
My origin story
My journey began with a degree in Graphic Design from the University of Buenos Aires and early career experiences in e-commerce and UX design at Walmart Argentina and McCann Worldgroup.
Already from the start, I knew I was passionate about effective communication, design thinking, and creating experiences that put people at the center.
To truly bring this passion to life, I decided to do a Master in Interaction Design at the Instituto Europeo di Design (IED).

An unexpected switch
During the Master, I discovered programming, and I immediately fell for it. It was like learning a new language!
Soon after, I joined Netcentric, where I transitioned from UX into Frontend Software Engineering. This has allowed me to grasp the complexities of changing careers, and that dreadful feeling of “starting over”.
But being a developer is what would help me complete a Program on Digital Transformation at the EAE Business School, and eventually bring me to Porsche Digital Barcelona.
Becoming a leader
My passion for creating positive work environments and supporting others found a home at Porsche Digital Barcelona. For three years, I was fortunate to serve as Culture & People Lead, helping to shape the company culture by emphasizing DE&I, and psychological safety.
A key part of my role was supporting my colleagues through one-on-one sessions and helping them with their development plans, work-life balance, and their overall journey within the company.
As his Deputy, I worked side by side with the Managing Director, participating in all decision-making moments, and ensuring everything ran smoothly during his absence. In that role, I also had the pleasure of representing the company at several public speaking events:

Finding a new path
Throughout my career—whether as a UX designer, software engineer, or deputy managing director—I’ve always focused on putting people at the center of everything I do. My goal has been to create environments and experiences where people feel seen, supported, and able to grow.
After more than 10 years in the corporate world, an MBA in Digital Transformation, and experience leading culture and people initiatives, I’ve gained a deep understanding of what makes workplaces thrive and what true leadership requires.
Beyond my professional path, I’m also an Ambassador for Iguality, a mental health NGO that works to make support accessible to all. This role reflects my belief that well-being should never be a privilege—it’s the foundation for sustainable careers and balanced lives.
Today
I know firsthand how challenging work can be. I’ve felt lost, changed careers, and stepped into leadership roles that felt daunting. I understand how overwhelming and lonely it can feel to search for fulfillment when work drains more than it gives.
This is why I became a coach: to put my experience and learning to the service of others. To be able to say “I truly understand”, to support you in designing a healthier relationship with work, and to remind you that you don’t have to go through it alone.
